Topic : Health benefits of fruits and vegetables

Introduction : fruits and vegetables contain important vitamins, minerals, and plant chemicals. They also contain fiber . fruits and vegetables are universally protected as healthy. Fruits and vegetables are also helpful for prevent infection and diseases.

Content : Some fruits and vegetables

Example: mango

b)    Cleanness the blood

c)     Good for normalizing insulin level.

d)    Promotes good for eye sight.

e)     Lowers cholesterol

 Conclusion : fruits and vegetables are provide health benefits and are important for the prevention of illness. Thus, U.S. Department of agriculture recommends filling half of your plate with fruits and vegetables contain a variety of nutrients including vitamins and minerals and antioxidant.
