A) FOOD SCIENCE – DR. M. K. C. NAIR
Introduction : Food being a central activity of all living beings and a particularly complex activity among human require an approach which will do justice be all the intertwined themes and structure which construct human , social , biological behavior related to food.
Content: external detailed , internal detailed , insight drawn
Conclusion : food is vital determinant of health and nutritional status of people. Food consumption of individual or family or community vary according to socio- economic factors, regional custom and traditions.
B) ENVIRONMNTAL STUDIES – BENNY JOSEPH
Introduction : Throughout history , mankind has adapted to the natural variations of the Earth system and its climate . The major goals of environmental education program is to raise consciousness about environmental condition and to teach environmentally appropriate behavior.
Content : external detailed , internal detailed , insight drawn
Conclusion: Environmental protection prevents pollution and related cost of health care .Reduction in pollution result in increase yield from agriculture and cattle . in protected environment , the effect of natural calamities such as drought and flood will be less.
