PRACTICAL

Topic : Yogurt production

Aim : To prepare consumable yogurt from milk.

Principle :
Yogurt I a fermented milk product that contain character it bacterial cultures lactobacillus bulgarias and treptococus  thermophilus .

Ingredients : milk , gelatin , sweet , bacterial culture

Procedure : heat the milk
Cool the milk
Thin the yogurt with milk
Whisk the thinned yogurt in to the milk
Transfer the pot to the oven
Wait for the yogurt set
Cool the yogurt
It can be keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.

Result : taste , and nature of yogurt is good. It was pale yellow in colour . Good for human consumption.

PRACTICUM

Topic : A study on attitude of secondary school students towards competitive examination.

Introduction : Competitive exams are like a positive push for students towards their excellence. Academics should always have an external outlook. Read excellence I when the academic knowledge is used efficiently to get through competitive exams. These exam provide very good support to student by offering scholarship also.

Need and significance : Thus , competitive examination do good service in the encouragement of study . They are not however , without their accompanying disadvantages . in some case competition in such an excessively powerful stimulus that it leads to over work and the physical health of too ambitious students.

Statement of the study : Attitude of secondary school students towards competitive examination.

Objectives of the problem : i) To study how students appear competitive examination.
                                                ii)  To study about the intelligence level of the students.

Methodology : Survey method

Tool : Questionnaire

Sample : 10 questions and distributed the pupils.

Questionnaire : i) Does your school conduct any competitive examination?
                           ii) Do you participate in any competitive examination ?

Analysis and interpretation

Conclusion : The school organization find out talented students and provide a chance to participate them in national and international level of exam.
Suggestion : To conduct number of competitive exams in class wise and stage wise in school to improve pupils performance .

Aim: To prepare consumable wine from grape juice by using yeast.

Principle : Wine I defined as a product formed by normal alcoholic fermentation of grape by yeast and subsequent  aging process.

         Topic : A study on attitude of students towards multimedia approach in natural science teaching.

Introduction : multimedia is usually recorded and played or accessed by information content processing device , such a computerized and electronic device , but can be also be a part of a live performance . in education multimedia is based to produce computer based training course and reference book like encyclopedia. Multimedia has influenced every one life , including business and commerce.

Need and significance : The world in which we live I changing rapidly and the field of education I experiencing this changes in particular a it applies to media service .The old day of an educational institution having an isolated audio visual departments are long gone .

Statement of the study : A study on attitude of student towards multimedia approach in natural science teaching.

Objectives of the study : i) To find out the objectiveness of the approach in science learning.
                              ii) To study the participant of students in smart class room.

Conclusion : Multimedia approaches is a an one of the important part of the present education. Multimedia provide efficient method of teach psychomotor the kill to student entering the health proffessions. Both students and instructor identified advantages and disadvantage for both instructional technique.

Suggestion : i) Provide mart class room education to students from high school level
                     ii) To apply audio visual aids , video clip based on the topic it create more effective classroom learning.

Topic : Harmful Effects Of Fast Food

Introduction : Fast food is the term given to food that can be prepared and served very quickly . Fast food can also be defined as any food that contribute little or no nutrient value to the diet , but instead provides excess calories and fat. Fast food may includes chips, hot pies, burgers, pizzas, chicken …..etc.

Content : obesity , heart diseases , type ii diabetes , peptic ulcer , memory and learning problem, appetite , depression , dementia , lack of family gathering

Conclusion : fast food can have a negative effect on your physically and emotionally with long term consumption.
