Topic : To study about attitude of high school students towards health and hygiene .
Introduction : School hygiene or school hygiene education is a health care science, a form of the wider school health education. School hygiene is a study of school environment influence , it explore affection of schooling to mental and physical health of student.
Need and significance : School have a central place in the health of a community. In appropriate hygiene in schools have cause many diseases. If there are no school sanitation and hygiene facilities or if they aren’t maintained and used adequately , school become place where diseases are likely transmitted creating a health and safe learning.
Statement of the problem : to study about attitude of high school students toward health and hygiene
Objectives of study : i) To find out the awareness about the health and hygiene.
ii) To know the sanitation facilities are available in school.
Methodology : Survey method
Tool : Questionnaire
Sample : 15 questions and distributed to the people.
Questionnaire : i) Do you like your school?
ii) Do you take exercise in everyday ?
iii) Did you contact the health worker in school ?
Analysis and interpretation
Conclusion : The primary aims of school hygiene education is to improve behavior through useful practice connected to personal , water , food , domestic and public hygiene .In students health and hygiene is very important factor in high school .
Suggestions : To give more awareness programme about the health and hygiene this become students play a health life and manage their life style.
